If the item was faulty or damaged on arrival, please send an email to contacts@theyecare.com.au, including your Order number in the email title, within 48 hours of receipt and we will guide you through the return process.

All contact lenses are genuine, factory sealed, long expiry date and shipped directly from Alcon’s and Johnson & Johnson’s warehouses.

Contact lenses may ONLY be returned if deemed defective by the manufacturers.

We ONLY accept returns for sealed, unopened, and unmarked boxes of contact lenses within 30 days of delivery.

In case of faulty contact lenses, please keep all remaining unopened lenses and boxes for return. All faulty lenses will be assessed by the manufacturer. A replacement or credit will be provided for confirmed faulty lenses. We will contact you and organise a method of faulty lens return.

Refunds will be processed with the original method of payment.
