WHAT HAPPEN IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you are not home and there is no safe place to leave it, the courier will take it to a nearby Post Office. You will get a notification about your missed delivery, so you can pick your item up in-person.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order will stay at the Post Office for 10 business days, before it gets returned to us. Flat rate delivery fee of $8.99 might apply to resend your order if you fail to pick up your order.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME.
After your order is processed and full payment has been received, it usually takes about 3 to 7 business days to be delivered Australia-wide for in stock orders.
If your order is Out of Stock or Back Order, we will advise you on the estimated date of delivery as soon as possible.
